One of my favorite "Home as Art" residences in Los Angeles is one of Frank Gehry's signature homes, the 1989 Schnable House. It was purchased by famed architectural pedigree flipper Michael LaFetra, who I sold a prime Beverly Hills A. Quincy Jones architectural home to a few years ago.
