LA Architecture 4U was founded by Markus Canter, a
LA real estate expert and top producing realtor, co-partner at St. James +
Canter Luxury Real Estate, and the Luxury Property Director at Prudential CA
Realty in Beverly Hills who has for the last 25 years has been a notable architectural
designer. His design-build company FCB:Design has designed and created modern
properties scattered about in the hills of Los Angeles. Our passion and specialty
is architectural properties. As a real estate team, we assist our clients to
buy and sell real estate with the goal of maximizing the investment and
enjoyment received through the ownership of properties of fine design and
architecture.
It is our belief that architectural design not only significantly adds value to real property, but enhances the lifestyles of those who inhabit these modern structures.
